I have truly use it daily for one thing or another. I bought some beer battered fish from Sam's Club along with some crab cakes and had dinner ready in 25 min! (had to make some sides) I love the fact that I can kick some of this cooking oil out of my world.

However, the one that his mother bought him was only 5-quarts compared to this one which is 16-quarts. So there was no question as to which one he was going to keep. And we are sure happy he kept this one! We were very impressed with the texture, quality, and taste of the chicken wings that we made. We honestly could not have made a better choice. There was no difference in taste from chicken wings fried in oil, except this was a healthier alternative.
